We start with looking at the impact insomnia has on your life and then move on from there. Most people take 6 sessions to restore good sleep habits but this can vary client by client .

I have been performing and analysing respiratory sleep studies for over 30 years in the NHS.
The studies are all performed in your home over one night to obtain the best results. I measure your breathing, oxygen levels and heart rate throughout the night. I will then explain the results and provide you with a full report for you which you can give to your GP.
Actigraphy to measure your circadian rhythm objectively measuring sleep, daytime activity and lifestyle. Can be used as part of CBTi if desired.

Device is worn for one night. This includes respiratory, oxygen, airflow and position measurements. Include 1 x 60 minutes consultation and 1 x 30 minute results review with full analysis and report £220
