What makes this work different is simple: I take your sleep seriously.
I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Sleep Scientist, with advanced training in CBT-I and the neuroscience of sleep and mental health. I work with complex cases every day — including insomnia, sleep anxiety, neurodivergent sleep, circadian rhythm disorders, CPAP therapy, and chronic sleep disruption — and I understand how deeply sleep affects every part of your life.
But science alone isn’t enough. You will be met with calm, patience, and genuine understanding.
There is no rushing, no judgement, and no one-size-fits-all approach.
We work together to untangle what is actually keeping your sleep stuck, and build a plan that fits your life, your nervous system, and your goals.

The first consultation at Ashby Sleep Solutions lasts for 60 minutes, with subsequent sessions lasting usually 30 minutes

Whilst everyone is individual and responds differently to CBTi most clients have 3 - 6 sessions.
I have 35 years NHS CPAP experience and understand the pressures on your NHS sleep service and so allowing an hour appointment can allow you to go through all issues or problems you have. I can see your machine data and offer well tried successful solutions.
